Found a blue Mega Bloks city toy set this afternoon around 3:45 pm in the parking lot behind the Sioux City Public Library on Court Street. It’s all in a small yellow tub, about 8 inches across, with blue and red bricks and a couple of little white wheels. The tub lid has a faded sticker of a cartoon lion, and one blue 2x4 brick has a tiny heart-shaped scratch—easy to spot.
