I lost my black 25-key MIDI keyboard controller, a Novation Launchkey 25. It's in decent condition, matte black with a bright blue LED strip along the front and a small dent on the top-right corner. I last had it yesterday around 3pm near the Empire Mall main entrance on West 41st Street in Sioux Falls, SD. There's a small purple sticker on the back by the USB port and the USB cable is still attached and looped under the keyboard—easy to spot. It means a lot to me for gigs and practice; losing it feels sudden and stressful because it was a gift from my mentor. If anyone found it, please reach out.
I lost my sterling silver ring with a tiny blue sapphire yesterday around 3pm near the Arc of Dreams in downtown Sioux Falls, along the sidewalk by Main Avenue. It's a slim 3mm band with a bezel-set sapphire, with a little tarnish along the edges and a tiny nick on the inner edge that’s easy to spot up close. Inside the band there’s an engraving that reads 'A+M 2012' and a faint scratch near the setting. It means a lot to me—it's a family heirloom from my grandmother, and I’d really love to have it back.
I lost my framed abstract painting yesterday around 3pm near the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls. It's an 18x24 inch piece in a matte black wood frame, with a faint gold trim along the edges. The painting itself is an orange, teal, and cobalt blue swirl—not a traditional landscape, more like an expressionist blob—on canvas board, signed on the back 'L. Kim 2022' with a small coffee stain on the lower left corner. It has sentimental value; it was a gift from my late aunt, and I really miss it. If you happened to see a securely wrapped package near the SculptureWalk path or in the parking lot by the Pavilion, please let me know. I’d be grateful to have it back.
I lost my black Timex Weekender watch yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on 41st Street and Louise Ave in Sioux Falls. It's a Timex Weekender with a black leather strap and a silver dial; there's a tiny scratch on the bezel near the 4 o'clock mark. The inner side of the strap is engraved with my initials JR. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value, so I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back. If you found it, you can reach me at [email protected].
Hey, I lost my AirPods Pro charging case yesterday around 3pm in the parking lot behind the Starbucks on 41st Street by the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD. It’s a black space-gray plastic case, a bit scuffed from daily use, and the lid has a small blue paisley sticker. The back edge is slightly dented from being in my pocket. It has sentimental value—I use it every day for podcasts on my commute and really need it back. If you found it, please drop a note; we can arrange a quick meetup near the mall.
I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:15pm near Falls Park's main entrance on 8th Street in Sioux Falls. It's a mid-sized case, about 15 inches wide, with a slightly worn matte finish and a small scuff along the bottom edge. Inside there's a padded laptop sleeve that fits a 14-inch laptop, a blue lining that makes papers easy to spot, and a brass compass charm on the zipper pull. There's a white sticker with the initials 'K.L.' on the interior pocket and a laminated business card tucked in the front pocket. I figured someone might be missing it and would want to claim it.
Found this purple plush unicorn with a rainbow mane this afternoon around 3:00pm near the Falls Park entrance by the pedestrian bridge on Falls Park Drive in Sioux Falls. It’s about 12 inches tall, super soft, with a shiny silver horn and a pink satin ribbon tied around its neck. There’s a tiny star patch on its right hind leg and a small tag that reads 'Little Dreamers' — I didn’t see any owner info. It looks well-loved but clean, like it might have been a favorite bedtime companion. If this is yours, message me and we’ll figure out a good pickup spot near Falls Park.
I found a backpack this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Falls Park Visitor Center along Phillips Ave in Sioux Falls. It's a black JanSport backpack, medium size, with bright orange zipper pulls and a visible scuff on the bottom edge. Inside there's a blue notebook with a handwritten mountain doodle and a red heart sticker on the inner flap—these are pretty distinct if you're the owner. If you’re the owner, send me a message here and we can meet near Falls Park to get it back.
I found a framed teal-gold abstract painting this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the SculptureWalk display on 8th Street near Main Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls. It's about 18 x 24 inches, with bold teal and metallic gold swirls on a deep navy background, housed in a black wood frame with a small scratch on the lower-right corner. On the back there's a white label reading 'L. Kim 2017' and a faint handwritten note. The piece looks slightly warped, but otherwise in good condition. If this belongs to you, I'd really like to help reunite you with it—I can't imagine losing something that looks this unique.
I found a “Celebrate Recovery” medal in the Elmen Center parking lot at Augustana.
