I lost my navy Nike training shorts yesterday around 3pm after a pickup game outside the Wells Fargo Arena in downtown Des Moines. They’re size medium, lightweight Dri-FIT material, with bright orange piping along the sides and a white Nike swoosh on the left leg. There’s a tiny tear near the back pocket and the drawstring has a frayed end. They were a gift from my sister last Christmas, so they mean a lot to me and I’d be really grateful to get them back. If someone finds them, please email [email protected] and we can arrange a pickup near the East Village or at the arena.
I lost my Kindle e-reader while walking through Gray's Lake Park in Des Moines yesterday. It has a dark blue cover with a few scratches. I had almost finished 'The Night Circus' during my walks, and I'd be so grateful to get it back as it holds so many of my favorite books.

I found a pair of gray Nike running sneakers this morning around 10:15am on Court Avenue in Des Moines, outside the East Village by the riverfront bike racks. They’re gray mesh with a neon lime heel tab and a slightly scuffed white sole. The right shoe has a bright blue lace threaded through, while the left is the standard gray. Inside the insole there’s a tiny handwritten 'A.J.' with a little heart. If these are yours, I’m happy to help you reconnect.
I found a black leather briefcase on the sidewalk close to the downtown library in Des Moines yesterday afternoon. It looks like it belongs to a businessman, as it has a name tag inside that says 'John Smith'. The briefcase is in great condition with a few unique stickers on the front. I found a black leather bifold wallet on a bench next to the Starbucks on 8th Street last Saturday afternoon. It has several cards inside, including a driver's license and a couple of credit cards. There looks to be a family photo tucked in one of the pockets as well. I would really like to return it to its owner, as the wallet seems to have sentimental value.
