Yesterday around 4pm I lost my blue hard-shell contact lens case near Exeter Cathedral on High Street. It’s a small case about 2 inches long, with a couple of fine scratches and a tiny red paw-print sticker on the lid. Inside, the L and R lenses are labeled in white, and there’s a faint hint of lens solution. This case has been with me for years and it holds more than just lenses—it’s tied to my routine after a late shift in Devon. If anyone found it around the Exeter Cathedral area in Devon & Cornwall, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
I lost my key set yesterday around 3pm outside Exeter Central Station, near the taxi rank on Queen Street in Devon. They’re on a bright red carabiner with a small brass lighthouse charm and a blue USB key tucked in between. There are two house keys (one old brass, one modern satin silver) and a black Toyota fob. One of the keys has a noticeable dent near the head and a tiny white paint chip on the lighthouse charm makes it easy to spot. The set has sentimental value—one key opens my late grandmother's house—and I really need them back.
Lost my silver Yamaha flute yesterday around 3pm outside the RAMM on Queen Street in Exeter, Devon & Cornwall. It's a standard student model with a black hard case; the instrument itself is clean and well-kept, but has a couple of tiny dents near the foot joint. The lip plate area is engraved with the initials 'A.J.S.' and there's a faint fingerprint smudge near the crown. This flute means a lot to me because my grandma gave it to me, so I’m really hoping it turns up. If you found it, drop a message here—I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back.
I lost my gold signet ring yesterday around 3pm near Exeter Cathedral on High Street. It's a 14k gold signet with a slightly worn band, about the width of a fingernail, and a tiny blue enamel crescent on the outside. Inside the band is engraved 'A.P.' and there’s a faint scratch along the back from wear. It’s really sentimental to me because it was a gift from my grandmother, and I’m worried I’ll never get it back if it doesn’t show up soon. If you found it, message me — I’d be so grateful to get it back.
I lost my gold-tone hoop earrings with tiny freshwater pearl drops yesterday around 3pm near the Barbican by Plymouth Hoe. They’re about 2 cm hoops, smooth gold finish, with one pearl slightly bigger than the other and a small scratch on the back of the right hoop. They were a birthday gift from my mum, so they have sentimental value and I’m really hoping someone picked them up. If you found them, please drop me a message—I’d be forever grateful to get them back.
Found a leopard gecko this morning near the Co-op on Fore Street in Bodmin, Cornwall. It's about 9 cm from snout to tail, with a sandy yellow base and dark brown spots along the back. The tail is plump, and there's a tiny irregular scar on the left cheek that looks like it may have healed from a past bite. I kept it in a ventilated plastic tub with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out while I tried to figure out what to do. It seems well cared-for, so I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner.
I found a pair of black Nike running shoes this afternoon around 2:45pm outside the Tesco Express on Sidwell Street in Exeter. They're UK size 9, with a white swoosh, black suede panels, and slightly worn grey laces. There's a tiny blue stitch inside the tongue and a small scuff on the toe cap, but overall they're in decent condition. If these belong to you, I’m happy to arrange a meetup at the Tesco Express entrance to get them back.
I found a silver bracelet this afternoon around 3:20pm along the Barbican waterfront in Plymouth, near the stone steps by the water. It's a slender sterling-silver bracelet, about 7 inches long, with a small enamel seashell charm. On the inside of the clasp there's a '925' stamp and the initials 'M.R.' etched lightly. It's a bit tarnished from outdoors, but otherwise in good condition, and I'd be glad to see it back with its owner—if this sounds like yours, send me a message and we can sort a quick pickup.
I found a pair of black sunglasses while walking along Fistral Beach in Newquay. They were sitting on a bench at around 3 PM yesterday. They have a silver emblem on the side and appear to be in great condition. If you think they could be yours, please get in touch with a description!
I found a portable electronic keyboard while walking my dog on the beach paths near Newquay last week. It was in a soft case and looks like it's barely been used. I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner as it seems like it could be very important to them. Please get in touch if you think it could be yours!
