I lost my blue plush dragon toy yesterday around 3pm near the Auburn Public Library on Main Street, tucked under a bench by the children's area. It's a soft, medium-size dragon about 9 inches tall, bright blue with a rainbow ribbon on one wing, and a tiny dent on the left ear. The chest has a small sun-yellow fur patch and a little stitched smile. It was a gift for my daughter's birthday and means a lot to her; she named it 'Spark'. If anyone finds Spark, please drop me a message or text. We'd be endlessly grateful to be reunited with her.
I lost my rose-gold bracelet yesterday around 3pm near Toomer's Corner on East Magnolia Avenue. It's a delicate 6-inch chain with a heart charm engraved 'LJ' and a tiny turquoise bead at the clasp. It has huge sentimental value—it's the last gift from my grandmother, who isn't with us anymore. The bracelet is in good condition except for a minor scratch on the charm from sliding along the sidewalk near the bookshop by the corner. If anyone found it, please reach out; I really need it back.
I lost my red winter parka yesterday around 3pm near the Auburn Library on Main Street. It's a knee-length Columbia parka, size M, with a black faux-fur trim around the hood and a slightly frayed zipper pull. There's a small pine-tree enamel pin on the chest and a purple inner pocket tag that reads 'Grandma's coat.' It was a gift from my grandmother and holds sentimental value. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back—it's the warmest coat I own for the season and I need it for the colder days ahead.
I lost my white queen duvet cover yesterday around 3pm. I was doing laundry at my apartment on South College Street, near the Auburn Public Library, when it must have slipped off the bed and vanished. It's a soft cotton percale, a queen size, with navy piping along the edges, and a tiny monogram 'LJ' tucked on the inner corner. It's sentimental to me — it was a gift from my grandmother — so it would mean a lot to get it back. If you found it, shoot me an email at [email protected] and we can arrange a safe pickup near Toomer's Corner.
I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 2:45pm near the CVS on College Street by Toomer's Corner in Auburn. It’s the standard blue cover with a gold crest, and the back cover has a tiny coffee stain along the bottom edge. There’s a little travel-clinic sticker on the back cover that really stands out if you look closely. The passport is in decent condition, no tears, just a light dent in the lower-right corner from a tumble I had a while back. It’s sentimental and crucial—I have a visa appointment next week and really need it back to travel for work and family.
I found a glass-top coffee table with a black metal frame this afternoon around 2:15pm near Toomer's Corner, just outside the Auburn University Bookstore on College Street. It's about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet wide, with a curved base and a small 1-inch chip on the lower front edge of the glass. There's a faded 'Studio M' sticker on the underside and a light scratch along the left edge of the frame. It looks like it's been sitting outdoors for a bit, but it's in decent condition overall. If you recognize this table, reply here and we can arrange a pickup in Auburn.
I found a pair of blue and black Adidas soccer cleats this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the Auburn University Recreation Center, near Toomer's Corner. The left cleat has a small yellow scuff on the toe and the right one shows mud on the tread from practice last week. They're size 9, with neon green laces that really pop. I picked them up near the bike racks by the sidewalk after hearing a few players call out they might have dropped them. If these belong to you, tell me the size, brand, and the toe scuff and we can arrange a pickup.
I found a dog this afternoon around 3:15pm wandering near Toomer's Corner by College Street in Auburn. It's a tan terrier mix, about 40 pounds, with a bright blue collar and a small bone-shaped tag that's a bit worn. It has a white chest and a distinctive black spot on its left ear, and it responds when I call its name on the tag. He seemed friendly and well-fed, and I didn't see any other people or signs he belonged to a specific home. If the owner recognizes him or you know who he belongs to, please reach out; I want to help reunite this good boy with his family.
Found a white ceramic mixing bowl with a cobalt blue rim this morning around 9:15am behind the Courthouse Square coffee shop on College Street in downtown Auburn. It's about 9 inches in diameter and in good condition except for a small chip on the rim and a faint coffee stain on the inside from yesterday's baking session. The exterior has a speckled glaze, and there's a tiny logo on the bottom that might read MiraCasa. I picked it up because it looked recently used and I figured someone might be missing it after a morning bake. If this helps the rightful owner, please drop a note here or contact me with any identifying marks you remember.
I found a pair of black wireless earbuds while jogging in Auburn Park yesterday. They were on the trail near the playground area. They seem to be in good condition and I would love to return them to their owner if they can describe them.
