Lost Stamps Collection Near Union Station

I lost my stamps collection around 5:45 pm yesterday near Promenade Park by the Maumee River in Toledo. The set lives in a small blue binder with a few rare issues from the 1930s, tucked in a zippered pouch inside a compact red box. I’ve been building this collection since I was a kid, and several pieces belonged to my grandfather, which makes them irreplaceable. I’m anxious about replacing them and keeping the memory alive, especially with an upcoming show. If anyone saw something near the riverfront, please—these stamps mean a lot to me.
