I lost my stamps collection around 5:45 pm yesterday near Promenade Park by the Maumee River in Toledo. The set lives in a small blue binder with a few rare issues from the 1930s, tucked in a zippered pouch inside a compact red box. I’ve been building this collection since I was a kid, and several pieces belonged to my grandfather, which makes them irreplaceable.
