Terrariums lost near Mead Public Library, Sheboygan.
On Tuesday around 8:45 p.m., I realized my terrariums were missing from the shelf by the kitchen window on North 8th Street. The last time I saw them they were grouped beside a small fern. I wandered through Deland Park and the Lake Michigan shore, hoping someone had found them for safekeeping, but no luck. The glass bowls hold tiny ferns and moss, one with a bright blue air plant, another with little mushrooms. They’re a small reminder of a summer project I did with my sister, and I’m really worried they’re gone. Found two parrots by Breakwater Lighthouse
I was walking along the Sheboygan Riverfront around 2:45 p.m. when two parrots hopped onto a bench near Breakwater Lighthouse and seemed lost but friendly. They’re striking, lime-green with bright yellow heads and small red beaks, and they didn’t seem frightened—more curious than anything. I kept them in view and looked for any signs of an owner, hoping to locate where they came from. The moment felt a little surreal, a splash of color against the harbor in mid‑afternoon, and I’m glad they’re safe for now as I wait to hear from their people.

I found a gray tabby cat this afternoon around 3:15pm wandering along the lakefront near Deland Park in Sheboygan. It wore a pink nylon collar with a tiny bell and white paws, which stood out as I approached. The cat seemed friendly, purring when I spoke and let me pick it up. There were no visible tags, and it looked a bit hungry but otherwise healthy. I brought it home for a moment to give it water and food, hoping to reunite it with its owner.
