Found friendly black Labrador puppy near the beach area in Sheboygan.

I found a playful black lab puppy around the beach area in Sheboygan this morning. He seems very friendly and well-cared for, but I couldn't find any tags or microchip information. If anyone is missing their adorable pup, please reach out!
