Found gray tabby cat with pink collar near Deland Park

I found a gray tabby cat this afternoon around 3:15pm wandering along the lakefront near Deland Park in Sheboygan. It wore a pink nylon collar with a tiny bell and white paws, which stood out as I approached. The cat seemed friendly, purring when I spoke and let me pick it up. There were no visible tags, and it looked a bit hungry but otherwise healthy. I brought it home for a moment to give it water and food, hoping to reunite it with its owner.
