It's a Columbia-brand red puffer, size M, in decent condition with a small snag at the left cuff and a distinctive blue patch stitched on the right sleeve. Inside the pocket there's a white name tag that reads 'Alex Rivera'—could be the owner, maybe this helps someone identify it. Found blue parakeet near Peoria Public Library

I found a small blue parakeet this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Peoria Public Library on Main Street, by the fountain outside the entrance. The bird is bright cobalt blue with a white cheek patch and a tiny silver leg band engraved 'KP-4' that makes it easy to identify. It sat calmly on my finger for a moment, then hopped back onto the railing. It seems healthy and friendly, but I couldn't find a cage or owner nearby in the area around the library and bus stop. Blue plush dragon with red heart on paw

I found a blue plush dragon this afternoon around 3:45pm near the fountain at Peoria Riverfront Park along Water Street. It's about 12 inches tall, super soft, with a yellow belly and tiny sparkly wings. A small red heart is stitched on its left front paw, and there's a squeaker inside that still squeaks when squeezed. It's in good shape but clearly loved—I'm holding onto it here until we can get it back to its owner.
