LOST: Carry-ons in Parkersburg-Marietta, West Virginia
While strolling along the Parkersburg riverfront near Fort Boreman Park at 4:50 p.m. on Tuesday, I realized my two carry-ons were missing from the hotel luggage cart. One bag is black and rolling, the other a charcoal grey with a red zipper and a worn tag. I must have set them down while I grabbed a quick coffee at a cafe along Grand Street, and now they’re gone. They’re not just luggage; they hold clothes and mementos from my trip, and I’m anxious about their safety and hoping someone nearby picked them up and will return them through this site.
Lost: work cases near Market Street Bridge
While walking along the riverfront near the Market Street Bridge in the Parkersburg-Marietta area around 7:45 a.m. today, I realized my work cases were gone from the bench where I’d been organizing papers. The cases are two black leather briefcases, professional-looking but worn at the corners, with a zipper pouch and a set of USB drives inside. They contain materials for client meetings and are irreplaceable to me because they’re tied to a critical project this week. I’m hoping someone picked them up and kept them safe until I can reclaim them.
Black Coach tote with teal lining and gold hardware
I lost my black Coach tote yesterday around 3pm near the Blennerhassett Hotel on Market Street in Parkersburg. It's a medium-sized black leather tote with teal satin lining and a gold Coach emblem on the front. It has a small teal tassel keychain and, honestly, there's a faint coffee stain along the bottom corner I can't quite wipe off. Inside were my wallet and a photo of my grandma; it really means a lot to me and I really need it back.
