I was playing a quick jam outside the New River Valley Mall Food Court yesterday around 3pm when I must've dropped my harmonica. It's a brass-colored Hohner Special 20, 14-hole, and it's tucked in a clear plastic case. The case has a small dent in the corner and a red heart sticker I put on years ago. My initials 'PK' are scratched on the metal edge, just under the lid. It’s been a sentimental piece ever since my aunt gave it to me before she passed away. I really need it back. If you spot it, email [email protected].
I lost my blue, well-worn paperback copy of The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern yesterday around 3pm. It has a small coffee stain on the back cover and a yellow sticky note tucked between the pages that reads 'buy milk, eggs, bread' in my handwriting. I last saw it near the Blacksburg Library on Draper Road, right by the coffee kiosk outside the entrance. It was a gift from my sister and it's sentimental to me, so I'd really appreciate getting it back.
I lost my blue-and-yellow budgie yesterday around 6pm. He's palm-sized, with bright plumage and a tiny white dot on his left wing. I last saw him perched on the kitchen window ledge near the New River Valley Mall area, around Prices Fork Road, and he bolted when the back door opened. He wears a red plastic leg band with the initials 'RV' and he answers to 'Sunny'. He's really anxious but friendly, and this little guy means a lot to me—please help me get him back.
I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on Roanoke Street in Christiansburg, right here in the New River Valley. It's a standard US passport with a slightly scuffed spine from being jammed in my bag, and there's a tiny coffee ring on the back cover. Inside the cover, I notice a Montreal trip sticker tucked behind the photo page—an easy identifying feature. This passport is essential for my upcoming travel, and it carries sentimental value as the last family trip we took together. If you found it, email Priya Patel at [email protected] so we can arrange a safe return.
I lost my red Bellroy passport holder with RFID blocking yesterday around 3pm. It's about the size of a passport, made of genuine red leather, with faint creasing on the cover and a small gold initial 'P' embossed in the bottom-right corner. I think I dropped it while walking from the campus bookstore to the bus stop, near the Starbucks on University City Boulevard in Blacksburg, here in the New River Valley. Inside are my passport and a few cards, and the leather has a small scratch on the front. It has sentimental value from a recent trip, and I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it.
I found a cat this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the NRV Mall parking lot off US-460 in Christiansburg. It’s a friendly calico with white paws and a blue collar that has a small bell. It has a tiny notch in its left ear and a faint limp in the right hind leg. It seemed nervous at first but warmed up after I offered food and let it sniff my hand. I’m hoping to help this sweet girl get back to her owner.
I found a pair of VIP concert tickets this morning around 9:15am in the parking lot behind the Blacksburg Library on Main Street, right here in the New River Valley. They’re for the Night of Broadway show at the Lyric Theatre in Blacksburg this Friday. The tickets are glossy white with a bright blue border and a bold 'VIP' stamp; the barcode is clearly visible and one edge has a tiny crease. Seat info reads Row B, Seats 3 and 4. I imagine someone would be frantic to lose these, so I'm keeping them safe and hoping to reunite them with their owner quickly.
I found a compact black Anker 10,000mAh power bank this afternoon around 3:15pm near the CVS entrance on Main Street in Christiansburg, right here in the New River Valley. It has a blue USB-C cable loosely wrapped around it and a small blue sticker with the initials 'EM' on the back. The shell shows a few light scratches and there’s a tiny dent on the corner, but the ports look intact and it still holds a charge. It seemed like someone could be missing it, so I’m holding onto it here and hoping to reunite it with its owner through this listing.
I found a blue hardcover poetry book this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Lyric Theatre on North Main Street in Blacksburg, in the heart of the New River Valley. The cover has gold-foil lettering and a thin red ribbon bookmark peeking out between the pages. Inside, there’s a pressed maple leaf tucked between pages and a tiny doodle of a cat on the inside front cover. The book is in decent shape, a bit worn at the spine and corners but otherwise clean. If the owner sees this, please reply with a detail only you would know (like the last line you remember reading) and I’ll arrange a safe pickup nearby the theatre district.
I found this walnut table lamp this afternoon around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the New River Valley Mall on Route 114 in Christiansburg. It's about 20 inches tall with a walnut-stained wooden base, a brass neck, and a cream fabric shade that has a small coffee ring near the edge. There's a dent in the brass neck and a tiny sticker on the underside of the base that reads 'NRV Vintage Co.' The lamp is in good condition overall, just a bit worn from regular use. If the owner spots this, I’d be glad to arrange a handoff near the mall or at the Lost & Found nearby.
