Lost work cases in La Crosse, WI
At 5:30 PM this past Friday I was walking out from the La Crosse Center and realized my work cases were missing. I had set them down briefly by the Riverside Park entrance near the Mississippi River while I adjusted my backpack. The cases are black leather with my initials EC on the zipper and a few project notes peeking out. I’m stressed about deadlines and the thought of lost work is weighing on me. If someone picked them up, I’d be grateful to have them back where they belong.

It's large (27 inches) and shows a bit of wear on the corner, with four wheels and a TSA lock. There's a bright red luggage tag with the initials 'D.K.' on the handle, and a blue ribbon tied to the zipper pulls. A faded airline sticker on the back reads 'JFK'. I found a black pebbled leather tote this afternoon around 1:30pm near the Riverside Park entrance on Market Street by the riverwalk in La Crosse. It has a fox-shaped enamel pin on the zipper pull, an orange lining, and a Coach tag inside. The corners are a little worn but the bag is otherwise in good shape. There was a small handwritten note tucked in the pocket with a name—I figured someone might be missing it and I'd be glad to help reunite it with its owner.
