Found a blue rolling suitcase near a bench at Riverside Park, La Crosse, WI, USA.

Description

I found a blue rolling suitcase at Riverside Park yesterday while I was walking my dog. It was just lying by a bench. It looks brand new and has a travel tag from an airline on it, so I believe it might belong to someone who recently traveled. I'm hoping to return it to its owner as soon as possible.
