Found black pebbled leather tote with fox pin

I found a black pebbled leather tote this afternoon around 1:30pm near the Riverside Park entrance on Market Street by the riverwalk in La Crosse. It has a fox-shaped enamel pin on the zipper pull, an orange lining, and a Coach tag inside. The corners are a little worn but the bag is otherwise in good shape. There was a small handwritten note tucked in the pocket with a name—I figured someone might be missing it and I'd be glad to help reunite it with its owner.
