I retraced my steps along the Kenai Riverfront Park path and around the quaint shops near Main Street, but they weren’t there. I had them set up for a small Christmas gathering and they instantly sparkled when the lights turned on. Since then I’ve retraced steps from the living room to the garage and even checked the nearby Soldotna Rotary Park parking lot, but they’re gone. These decorations carry memories from last year, and I’m hoping to have them back before our family brings out the stockings for Christmas Eve.
