Lost compact black and silver blood sugar monitor near a river rest point on Kenai Peninsula.

I misplaced my blood sugar monitor while hiking along the Kenai Peninsula last Saturday. It’s a black and silver device, compact enough to fit in your palm, and has a few small spaces for test strips. I last remember using it at a rest point near the river, but when I checked my bag before heading home, it was missing. I'm really anxious to get it back as it's essential for managing my diabetes.
