I was wrapping up a volunteer shift at Jacksonville Mall around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday when I realized the back of my tote was lighter. A set of clear plastic organizers with orange lids—labels and dividers for fundraising materials—fell out somewhere between the food court and the sporting goods store.
