I was leaving the North Dakota State Capitol in Bismarck around 7:45 PM last Tuesday when I spotted a small universal travel adapter lying on the concrete steps by the main entrance. It’s a silver unit with four plug types folded in, still stowed in a neat little carry pouch. It looked recently dropped by a traveler heading toward the riverfront path. I slipped it into my bag and brought it to the downtown Lost & Found, hoping the owner will recognize it. Travel adapters are so easy to lose when you’re crossing time zones, and I’d love to see someone reunited with theirs.
I found a bottle of medication on a bench along 4th Street near the State Capitol in Bismarck around 2:20 p.m. today. It sat there in the sun for a minute, and I could tell someone had probably stepped away for a moment. I picked it up, checked the label, and kept it safe, hoping the owner will see this post. Medications like this deserve to be reunited quickly with their people; if you recognize it, please know it’s here and I’m doing what I can to help.
I was testing the drone for a quick landscape shot at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, outside the North Dakota State Capitol grounds in Bismarck. The drone is a compact foldable model, matte black with a red trim and a small blue camera housing. A gust snagged the strap and it drifted toward the riverbank by the Missouri River overlook. I chased after it, calling its name, but the wind kept it out of reach and I lost sight of it among the grasses and shadows of the memorial steps. It feels like losing a link to a day I wanted to capture. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
I was out for a morning stroll along the Capitol grounds when I spotted a tin of pins spilled on the sidewalk near the steps at about 7:15 a.m. today. They're a mix of enamel pins—team logos, a couple of novelty badges, and a charm or two—clearly someone's keepsakes rather than a prize collection. I tucked them into my bag for safekeeping, hoping the owner will recognize them soon. I’m glad these have a chance to find their way home.
I lost my pair of glasses that had a multi-colored frame that is mostly red, with speckles of yellow, purple, blue, light green and has my most recent prescription in my progressive transitional lenses. I placed them in my soft light green leather sunglasses case and have exhausted all the stores and places I have been to since May 17th and am totally distraught as they were my favorite pair of glasses. If they are found, please contact Deb. I would be ever so gratefull!! Thank you!
I was walking from rehearsal to grab a coffee near the Capitol grounds on 4th Street when I realized my sheet music had vanished from my tote around 4:15 p.m. on Sunday. The folder is blue with my initials and contains a few pages with pencil markings for a recital, plus a page from my grandmother’s collection tucked inside. Those pieces mean a lot to me as I prepare for a service, and I hope someone who finds them will see this listing.
