Lost shopping bags in Ames, Iowa.
I was at the Campanile area on the Iowa State University campus around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10 when I realized my shopping bags were missing after I stopped for a quick bite by the Food Court. The bags are two: a teal tote with a white floral pattern, and a plain black tote with a small white logo. They held groceries, a notebook, and a sketchbook I’ve carried with me all semester. I retraced the walk from the Campanile toward the library, hoping someone picked them up, but there’s been no sign. If you’ve seen them, know they matter to me and I’m hopeful they’ll surface nearby.

I lost my blue Samsonite 28-inch hardside suitcase yesterday around 3pm. It was last seen near the Memorial Union on Morrill Road on the ISU campus in Ames, probably sitting by the bus stop while I scurried between classes. The case has a couple of scuffs on the bottom corner and an obvious dent on the front-right panel. It also has a bright orange luggage tag with the initials 'PP' on the top handle, and there’s a faded mountain sticker on the inside cover that I’d recognize. This suitcase is sentimental to me because it belonged to my grandmother and holds a few travel photos; I really need it back.

I lost my navy blue Michael Kors tote yesterday around 3pm. I was by the Starbucks on Main Street near the ISU Bookstore in Ames when I last remember it being there. It’s a medium-sized pebbled leather tote, about 14 inches wide, with a gold Michael Kors emblem on the front and a tan suede interior. The zipper pull has a small lavender tassel I added myself, and there’s a faint coffee stain on the bottom corner. Inside I keep my student ID, a black notebook, and a small compact mirror. It has sentimental value because it was a gift from my mom, and I’m really hoping to get it back.

It's a medium pebble-grain leather tote, about 12 by 14 inches, with a bright red lining, a brass owl zipper charm, and a navy scarf tied to the handle. I discovered a brightly colored backpack with a unique geometric design while walking my dog in the Ames campus park yesterday. It looks relatively new and has a few personal items inside like a water bottle and some snacks.
