I was leaving the Aberdeen Music Hall on Union Street around 5:30 pm last Wednesday when a slim folder of sheet music slipped from my bag and into the crowd. The pages are marked with pencil notes and there’s a blue sticker on the corner. It means the world to me—the music I planned to play with my quartet next Friday. If you’ve seen a folder on Union Street near the Aberdeen Music Hall or around the Bon Accord Centre, please help. I’d be incredibly grateful to have it back.
I LOST my handheld game console while walking along Union Street toward the Bon Accord Centre around 6:45 p.m. on Thursday when it slipped from my jacket pocket and vanished. The device is a small handheld with a matte black shell, and its charger was tucked in the same pocket. I used it after work to unwind, and the saved games meant something to me, so losing it felt personal. I retraced my steps outside the Bon Accord Centre, near the Union Street entrance, but the street was busy and it was hard to spot anything. I’m hoping a kind passerby might have found it and kept it safe.
I lost my remote controls outside the Bon Accord Centre on Union Street around 6:15 pm last Thursday. They are a small pair, black and unassuming, one with a red power button and the other with a blue Netflix button. I rely on them every night to switch the TV on after a long day, and losing them has left me feeling a bit lost and out of routine. If someone picked them up, I hope they're safe and can be returned.
At 6:45 pm yesterday, I realized my two hamsters were gone from their cage in our flat on West North Street, Aberdeen. I searched the living room and kitchen, calling Gizmo and Nibbles and rattling their treat jar, but they vanished behind the sofa by the radiator near the window. They’re tiny and quick: one gray with a white stripe, the other a warm tan, both curious and friendly when I offer a sunflower seed treat. I’m anxious and hopeful they’re safe, especially around the Union Street and Bon Accord Centre area, and I’d be grateful if anyone spotted little paws skittering about these spots. I hope they’re found soon and brought back to their home.
Hello, I'm Grace MacLeod. I left two black leather work cases outside the Bon Accord Centre on Union Street around 6:45 PM yesterday after a quick meeting. I must have set them down while I answered a call, because I came back looking for them and they weren't there. Inside are folders, a planner, and a spare shirt; nothing valuable to anyone else, but to me it's all my week ahead. I'm anxious but hopeful someone picked them up and will hand them in. If you found them near the Bon Accord Centre, near the bus stop, please know they're mine and I just want them back to continue with work.
While walking along Union Street this morning around 9:40 AM, I found a weathered envelope tucked beneath a bench near His Majesty’s Theatre in Aberdeen. Inside are old photographs—portraits and family shots from what looks like the 1970s, with a note on the back reading 'Andersons, 1973.' I know how precious such photos are, so I kept them safe and would love to see them returned to their rightful owner. If these look familiar, please reach out through the site and we can arrange to reunite them with the family before the day is out.
