I lost my brown leather bifold wallet yesterday around 3pm near the Riverwalk, outside the Starbucks on Douglas Ave in Wichita. It's a brown wallet with a slightly worn corner, a coffee stain on the back, and a blue interior lining that has faded over the years. Inside are my driver's license, a few cards, and about $25, plus there's a small gold embossing with the initials 'A.S.' on the front. This wallet is sentimental—it's a gift from my grandmother, and I really need it back.
I lost my red paperback copy of The Night Circus yesterday around 3pm near the downtown Wichita Public Library on Main Street. It's a trade paperback with a creased spine and a soft cover that's a bit faded. Inside the front cover there’s a yellow sticky note with my name, Lena, written in neat cursive, plus a coffee stain along the bottom edge and a dog-eared page at Chapter 7. This book has sentimental value—it was a gift from my aunt, and I really need it back. If anyone found it, please get in touch.
I lost my beige crossbody tote bag yesterday around 3pm near the Century II Performing Arts Center at 225 W Douglas Ave, Wichita. It's a compact tote, about 12 inches wide, made of lightweight canvas with a brown leather bottom and a lavender scarf tied to the strap. Inside there’s my sketchbook, a pink fountain pen, and a small silver keychain shaped like a plane that belonged to my grandfather—it's sentimental. The bag has a black fabric lining with a zipper pocket; there’s also a faint coffee stain on the bottom from my morning caffeine run. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back; I use it for work every day and it has sentimental value.
I lost my blue ID badge with two cards yesterday around 3:15pm near the Central Library on Main Street in downtown Wichita. It’s in a clear plastic holder on a black lanyard that has a few frayed threads. The front card is my Wichita State University student ID with a tiny panda sticker in the corner; the back card is my work badge with a white barcode and a small red logo. The badge is a little scuffed and the clip on the lanyard feels loose. This badge opens doors at work and campus, so it has real importance to me and I really need it back. If anyone found it, please drop me a message here and we can figure out a meetup.
I lost my dark brown Fossil leather wallet yesterday around 3pm. It's a slim bi-fold with red stitching along the inner spine, a small scuff on the bottom corner, and a coin pocket that's a tad stretched. Inside I have my driver's license, a couple of loyalty cards, and a photo of my kid tucked behind the ID card. I last had it outside the downtown Wichita Public Library on Main Street near the fountain. It would mean a lot to get it back; it has sentimental value.
I found a blue Wilson tennis bag with a racket sticking out this afternoon around 4:15pm near the tennis courts at Delano Park, Wichita, by 12th Street and Sheridan. The bag is light blue with a white zipper and has a small embroidered 'WHS Tennis' patch. The racket grip is neon green and the head shows a small crack from a recent game. There's a water bottle tucked inside with a faded label. The bag looks fairly new and in good condition, just left behind after a match. If you're missing this gear, please reach out—I'll be glad to return it to its owner.
I found two concert tickets this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Orpheum Theatre on Broadway in downtown Wichita. They're for the show Neon Nights at 7:30pm, Section 102, Row B, Seats 7 and 8. The tickets are printed on white stock with a bright pink header and a small holographic butterfly sticker. One ticket has a slight crease along the left edge near the barcode, the other is pristine. I know how disappointing losing tickets can be—if these are yours, I’d love to get them back and hear how your night goes.
I found a tan leather handbag with gold hardware this afternoon along the Riverwalk by the Douglas Ave bridge in Wichita's Old Town. It's a medium-sized tote, pebble-grain leather, with a small silver hummingbird charm on the zipper and a blue Kate Spade tag inside. Inside there is a lipstick stain on the lining and a red striped scarf tucked in the outer pocket - easy to spot if you know it. I would love to help get it back to its owner; if this is yours, let me know and we will sort out how to reunite you.
I found a violin this afternoon around 1:30pm in the parking lot behind the Wichita Public Library on S Main St. It's a full-size student violin with a sunburst finish, a few light scratches along the back, and a black chin rest that's seen better days. There's a small green sticker with a treble clef under the tailpiece, and the hard case has a couple of scuffs and a bright yellow interior that’s easy to spot. It feels like a school instrument and I’d be glad to see it back with its owner—DM me here to arrange a meetup near the library so we can verify it's yours.
I found a set of keys while walking my dog around Riverside Park in Wichita. The keys are on a silver keyring and have a couple of house keys along with a small blue keychain shaped like a dolphin. I must have walked by them several times and just noticed them yesterday. If you're missing a set of keys that sounds like this, please reach out!
