I found a stunning, hand-painted ceramic vase in a lovely floral design near the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. It seems like it could be a cherished piece, possibly dropped by someone while visiting. I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner, as it really deserves to be back in a loving home.
