I found these carry-ons around 2:15 pm on Monday, tucked by the glass doors outside Birmingham New Street Station near the Bullring. They are two black suitcases with a red strap and a faded blue luggage tag; no name was visible. I asked a few passing travellers if they belonged to anyone, but no one claimed them, so I handed them to the station's security desk to keep them safe until the owner checks in on this site. It felt strange yet hopeful to intercept a moment of someone else's misfortune, and I'd be glad to see the rightful owner reunited with their things.

Gold-tone bracelet with hummingbird charm

I found a gold-tone bracelet this afternoon around 3:15pm near Grand Central Birmingham, by the entrance to New Street Station on Stephenson Street, West Midlands. It's a slim 7-inch chain with a tiny hummingbird charm and a couple of clear crystals along the links. The inside clasp has a small engraving: 'A.R.' which is a pretty distinctive feature that could help identify the owner. It looked recently dropped, sitting on the pavement near the ticket machines. If anyone recognizes it, please get in touch—I’d really like to help reunite it with its owner; it clearly has sentimental value.

I found a white Anker wireless charging pad this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Library of Birmingham on Centenary Square, near the Broad Street entrance. It's about the size of a coaster, with a smooth matte surface and a tiny dent along the edge. The cable is a blue braided USB-C lead, and there's a small fray near the plug plus a red sticker with the initials AM on the underside. I figure it belongs to someone in the West Midlands city centre and must have slipped from a bag during a quick coffee stop. It's a medium-sized bag with a red zipper, a blue USB cable sticking out of the side pocket, and a lime-green guitar-pick keychain attached to the zipper. Inside there's a blue notebook and a Birmingham New Street train ticket, plus a white star sticker on the front pocket.
