Found black tuxedo jacket in good condition hanging on a bench near Victoria Square, Birmingham.

I found a black tuxedo jacket while walking my dog in the park near Victoria Square in Birmingham. It was hanging on a bench, and I didn’t see anyone around to claim it. It seems to be a size medium and is in great condition with no visible wear and tear. I'd love to return it to its rightful owner.
