Lost & found id cards in West Midlands

Found: Student ID in Birmingham, West Midlands

I found this Student ID this morning around 9:15 near New Street Station in Birmingham. I was hurrying through the rain to catch my bus when I spotted it lying on the pavement by the ticket machines. The card is clearly from a local university, with a bright blue lanyard and a friendly photo. I pocketed it and kept watch over it, hoping to reunite it with its owner today.
