The leash is pink and a little frayed at the handle from a few pulls. This harness is sentimental because it was a gift from my sister, and I really need it back to take my pup on walks.

Border collie mix, black/white, lost near Cedar Falls Library

I lost my border collie mix named Scout yesterday around 4pm in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. He's about 40 pounds, black and white with a fluffy coat and a distinctive white patch on his chest. He wears a bright blue reflective collar with a red bone-shaped tag and a microchip tag; there’s a tiny white scar behind his right ear. We were near the Cedar Falls Library and the Riverwalk by the bike racks when he bolted after a squirrel and disappeared down the side streets. He’s super friendly and great with kids; we adopted him last year and he’s become part of the family. If anyone spots him, please message me here—I'd really appreciate any help bringing him home.

Lost blue dog collar with pet tag named Max near Waterloo Park, Cedar Falls, Iowa.
