Lost blue dog collar with pet tag named Max near Waterloo Park, Cedar Falls, Iowa.

I lost my dog's blue collar in the park near Waterloo, Cedar Falls while we were playing fetch yesterday evening. It has my dog's name, Max, along with my phone number on the tag. It really means a lot to me, as Max is everything to me!
