Blue reflective dog harness with pink leash

I lost my blue reflective dog harness with a pink leash yesterday around 3pm near the Hy-Vee on University Ave in Waterloo. It's a small Rabbitgoo harness with a bright yellow D-ring and a tiny red heart-shaped ID tag that says 'Miso' on the chest strap. The leash is pink and a little frayed at the handle from a few pulls. This harness is sentimental because it was a gift from my sister, and I really need it back to take my pup on walks.
