FOUND: Photographs in Springfield, IL
I found a small stack of photographs yesterday around 3:15 pm, lying on the sidewalk just outside the Old State Capitol steps in downtown Springfield. The prints look like family portraits from years past, one shows a couple posing by a storefront with a retro sign and another shows kids by a riverbank. They feel intimate, like a window into someone's memories, and Iād hate to see them disappear into a bag of miscellaneous items. I picked them up and brought them to the lost-and-found area, hoping the rightful owner will recognize them and reclaim them.

Hi, Iām Isla Park. I FOUND a bunch of USB drives on Tuesday around 11:15 a.m. outside the Lincoln Library on Capitol Street in Springfield. They were tucked into a small black case, and one drive had a sticker with a mountain and the initials SP. I kept them safe in my pocket for a while and asked a few people nearby if anyone was missing them, but no one stepped forward. I turned them in to the library staff so the rightful owner can retrieve them, hoping the search ends quickly.

I misplaced my beloved hardcover edition of 'To Kill a Mockingbird' at the Springfield Public Library last week. I had it with me while reading in a study area near the fiction section, but when I went to leave, I realized I had left it behind. It has a personalized bookplate inside the front cover.
