Lost holiday decorations near Falls Park, Sioux Falls

At 8:30 pm last Sunday, I was stringing holiday decorations on the porch of my house on 9th Street in Sioux Falls when a gust knocked them loose and I can't locate them. The 'holiday decorations' include a handmade star, silver garland, and a few heirloom ornaments that carry memories for our family. I’m devastated because these decorations mark our celebrations every year, and I worry they might be lost for good if someone doesn’t spot them.
