lost memory cards near Scott River Trailhead, Fort Jones.
Last Friday around 11:30 AM, I was hiking along the Scott River Trailhead near Fort Jones and realized my memory cards were lost from my camera bag. The trail winds past basalt cliffs and pine, and the river glittered under a clear sky as I snapped a few shots. I must have set the little black case down while I checked a map, and now I can't remember where. They hold two SD cards, one labeled Trip 04 and the other with wedding photos, the only copies I have from a special trip. Iām hoping someone picked them up and held onto them for me.
Handheld and console lost in Siskiyou County
Hi, I'm Jordan Rivera. I was hiking near Mount Shasta City Park on the evening of Friday and stopped for a quick break around 6:15 PM, when I realized my handheld game console and a spare controller were missing from my backpack. I retraced the path to the Mount Shasta City Park gazebo but couldn't find them. The console meant a lot to me for both work and personal games, and the data in it isn't easily replaceable. I'm feeling frustrated and hopeful that someone nearby found them and kept them safe until I could come back for them.
