Black JanSport backpack with orange zipper pulls

I found a backpack this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Falls Park Visitor Center along Phillips Ave in Sioux Falls. It's a black JanSport backpack, medium size, with bright orange zipper pulls and a visible scuff on the bottom edge. Inside there's a blue notebook with a handwritten mountain doodle and a red heart sticker on the inner flap—these are pretty distinct if you're the owner.
