Found silver bracelet with turquoise bead

I found this silver bracelet this afternoon around 3:15pm along the Sacramento River Trail near the Sundial Bridge in Redding. It's a silver-tone piece, about a 7-inch wrist size, with a tiny turquoise bead charm and a little heart tag engraved with 'M.R.' on the inside. The bracelet is gently worn, the clasp still secure, and no stones missing. I figured it must belong to someone who lost it and I’d be glad to help reunite it with its owner.
