I was strolling along Clematis Street in West Palm Beach at about 6:15 PM on Tuesday when I realized my handheld console and its charger were missing from my tote. The device has a black case with a small red sticker; the charger is white with a blue tip. Losing it hit me hard because it was a gift from my grandma, something I relied on for long trips. I was wrapping up a sunset shoot at the Town Center at Boca Raton around 4:15 PM on Sunday when I realized my memory cards had vanished from my camera bag. I retraced my steps through the outdoor plaza, past the fountain near the main entrance, and back to the parking garage, but they weren’t there. Those tiny cards hold weeks of edits, client previews, and a few personal travel clips, so losing them has me anxious and frustrated. If someone found a small black memory-card case with three cards and a microSD adapter, please contact me through the site so I can get them back and finish the shoot.
Yesterday afternoon, around 5:20 PM, I was leaving The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens when I spotted a stack of quilts left by the entrance. They looked well-used, with pastel blues and creams and a few floral patches. I picked them up and carried them to the security desk so they wouldn’t get kicked around by foot traffic. If these quilts belong to you, you’ll recognize the fabric patterns and the small faded safety pin tucked in one pocket. I am hoping the owner sees this and claims them through the site.
On Tuesday around 7:15 PM I realized my wall art was missing from the living room of my apartment near CityPlace in West Palm Beach. The piece is a 30-by-40 inch abstract with swirling blues and coral, in a slim black frame, with a tiny dent along the bottom edge. It is a personal piece from a local artist that reminds me of sunny mornings on the Lake Worth shoreline. I am anxious but hopeful that someone picked it up and means to return it.
