Money lost at the Central Florida Gun Show held at Sun & Fun Sat, Jan 17 was turned into the show sponsor. You must know the amount and very distinctive packaging it was in to claim.
I’m hoping someone picked up my hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm near the Lakeside Village plaza off S Florida Ave in Lakeland, by Hollis Garden. It’s about 8 inches tall, ceramic with a glossy cobalt blue glaze and tiny white speckles. The neck has a delicate carved leaf pattern and there’s a small hairline crack on the rim I worry you’d miss. The bottom bears a faint stamp 'Studio L-9' and a pencil inscription 'E.L.' It’s sentimental to me—a gift from my grandmother—and I’d really appreciate getting it back if you found it.
I lost my Nintendo Switch OLED with neon red/blue Joy-Cons yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland. The dock has a small llama sticker on the front, and the console itself has a tiny dent on the top edge with a screen protector that shows a few bubbles. It was a gift from my sister and means a lot to me because I use it to unwind after long days and I dreaded losing progress on my saved games. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back; you can email me at [email protected] and we can figure out how to return it.
I’m hoping someone handed in a pair of red Nike running shoes I can’t quite replace. I wore them yesterday around 3pm and realized they were gone when I stopped at the Lakeland Public Library on Florida Avenue by the bus stop. They’re red with a white sole and a slightly scuffed toe, size 10. The left shoe has a white lace and the right a red lace, and there’s a tiny coffee stain on the tongue that’s easy to spot. They’re my daily runners, and they were a gift from my sister - really sentimental. If you found them, please reach out.
I lost my black Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones yesterday around 6pm near the Publix on South Florida Avenue by Munn Park in Lakeland. They’re the over-ear wireless ones, in decent condition with a small scratch on the right earcup. They were tucked in a black protective case with a white Sony logo on the front; inside the case there’s a blue microfiber cleaning cloth and the USB-C cable. It really stings to lose them—they were a gift from my sister and I use them every day for editing and long study sessions. If anyone finds them, please shoot me a message—this one really means a lot to me and I’d be forever grateful to get them back.
I found a pair of grey Nike running shoes this morning around 7:50am. They were sitting on the curb behind the Publix on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland, near Joker Marchant Stadium. It’s a men’s size 9, with bright lime green laces and a small scuff on the outer edge of the right shoe. The mesh is a bit faded from wear, and the soles show light tread wear, but they’re otherwise in good shape. I figured someone might be missing them after a run in this area. If these belong to you, I’m happy to return them—perhaps we can meet near the Publix entrance or the bus stop by the stadium to hand them off.
I found a set of keys this afternoon around 3:40pm in the parking lot behind the Publix on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland. They’re on a bright blue paracord lanyard with a brass anchor charm and a small red Rubik's cube keychain. The bunch includes about six keys, plus a slightly cracked black car key fob and a white plastic tag with the number 42 written on it. They were lying near the bike rack by the store entrance and look a bit dusty but otherwise usable. If these look like yours, message me and we’ll figure out how to get them back.
Found a gold ring this afternoon around 2:30pm near the fountain at Munn Park on Main Street in Lakeland. It's a 14k yellow gold ring, about size 6, with a small oval blue gemstone set in a simple bezel. The inside has an engraving that reads 'A.R. 04' and the band is a bit scratched but otherwise in good condition. It obviously belongs to someone — it felt important. If this sounds like yours, send me a note in the app with the engraving detail or the approximate size and I’ll help get it back to you.
I found a blue knit scarf this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Publix on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland. It's a soft acrylic scarf, about 60 inches long, one size fits most. There's a small embroidered set of initials 'S.J.' in the lower corner and a couple of white stripes along the ends. The scarf looks well-loved but is in good condition, with just a light coffee stain near the tag. If this belongs to you, I'd really like to get it back—please message me and we can arrange a pickup nearby.
Found this little black Anker Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 4:15 pm near Hollis Garden off Bay Street in Lakeland. It's palm-sized with a matte black body and a bright red silicone sleeve around the bottom. I gave it a quick power-on test and it synced with my phone, so it seems functional. There’s an engraving on the inside of the lid that reads 'A.E.' and a tiny dent on the top edge from a dropped bag. If you’re missing it, DM me with the engraving and where you last had it, and I’ll arrange a pickup.
