Lost & found miscellaneous jewellery in Oxford

Found a set of pins near Oxford Station today.

I was walking back from a seminar at Mansfield College when I spotted a tin of pins by the Oxford Station entrance around 3:40 pm today. A handful had spilled from a card, the enamel catching the light as the buses rumbled by. There was a red bus pin, a blue owl, and a tiny gold circle with a motto I couldn't quite read. I know how it feels to misplace something personal, so I picked them up and kept them safe, hoping the rightful owner spots this and recognizes them.
