I lost a small blue CD case this morning in central Oxford. At about 9:15 am I was leaving the Bodleian Library through Carfax when I realized the case wasn’t in my bag. Inside are about a dozen CDs—indie rock, a classical recital, and a college choir recording—kept in a faded blue sleeve with a green sticker. They’re sentimental, especially the recital CD from my dad’s university days. I wandered from Carfax Tower toward the Radcliffe Camera to retrace my steps, checking benches and the Covered Market area, but I couldn’t find it. When helping my disable husband to board ST2 bus at the stop Millway Close (in Mere Rd in Wolvercote Oxford) on June 18 at 13:09, I left behind on the pavement a black personal bag with a golden-like zip on the top. When returned to the place in about 20 minutes, the bag was not there any more. The bag contained a selection of plastic shopping bags and a black coffee mug with a special top with a small opening and a plastic straw. No valuables are in the bag, it just has a sentimental value because it was a gift.
