Last Friday around 6:45 pm, I realized my driver's license was missing from my coat pocket after a stroll near the Oxford Covered Market. I retraced my steps along High Street toward Carfax Tower, but the square had already emptied and the breeze seemed to hide it. The license has my photo and address, and I have an appointment next week that relies on it.
