Found postcards near Bodleian Library, Oxford
I found a small bundle of postcards on the pavement outside the Bodleian Library this morning, just after 8:20 AM. They were tucked under a bench near the Clarendon Building, with seaside photos and little notes on the backs. I can picture someone’s memories attached to those cards, and I’m hoping the owner sees this and knows they’re safe with me. If these belong to you, I’ll be here to help reunite them.
Lost CDs in central Oxford near Carfax Tower
I lost a small blue CD case this morning in central Oxford. At about 9:15 am I was leaving the Bodleian Library through Carfax when I realized the case wasn’t in my bag. Inside are about a dozen CDs—indie rock, a classical recital, and a college choir recording—kept in a faded blue sleeve with a green sticker. They’re sentimental, especially the recital CD from my dad’s university days. I wandered from Carfax Tower toward the Radcliffe Camera to retrace my steps, checking benches and the Covered Market area, but I couldn’t find it. If found, I hope someone can return it through the site.
Blue hardcover copy of The Remains of the Day
I lost my blue hardcover edition of The Remains of the Day yesterday around 5pm near Blackwell's Bookshop on Broad Street in Oxford. The spine is cracked and the dust jacket has a small tear at the top edge, with a coffee ring on the front cover. Inside the front cover I left a note with my initials 'P.P.' and the date; I also flagged page 214 with a bright yellow sticky note. It has sentimental value—it's a gift from my late aunt, and I really need it back.

I lost my favorite edition of 'Pride and Prejudice' while walking in University Parks in Oxford yesterday. It has a dark green cover with a slightly torn corner and my initials on the inside. It means a lot to me, and I've been searching everywhere for it.
