On Friday evening around 7:45 p.m., I realized my holiday decorations were missing after unloading from the car in Owensboro, near Smothers Park along the riverfront. The box was bright red with a gold ribbon, and inside were a string of multicolored LED bulbs and a few handmade ornaments I’ve saved for years.
