Gold-tone hoop earrings with turquoise bead

Found a pair of gold-tone hoop earrings this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot by the Wright Brothers National Memorial in Kill Devil Hills, Outer Banks. One hoop has a tiny turquoise bead on the front; the other shows a small scratch near the clasp and a faint inscription on the back that might read 'BR'. The hoops are about 1.5 inches in diameter and look to be in good condition, just a bit worn from travel. It seems they might have sentimental value, and I’d love to get them back to their owner.
