Found a friendly, well-groomed gray tabby cat near the beach chairs in Outer Banks.

Description

I found a sweet gray tabby cat today around the beach area while I was out for a morning walk. The cat seems friendly and is well-groomed but clearly lost, as it doesn’t have any tags. It was hiding near some beach chairs, looking a bit cold and scared. I am hoping to reunite it with its owner as soon as possible.
