Found a vibrant red and yellow toy dump truck with scratches near the playground in Cody Park.

I found a vibrant red and yellow toy dump truck in Cody Park in North Platte while taking a stroll this morning. It was left near the playground, and it looks like it could belong to a little one who might be missing it. It even has a few scratches, showing it's been well-loved. I want to return it to its owner if they come looking for it!
