Lost holiday decorations in Portland, Maine.

I was decorating for Christmas in my Portland apartment on Fore Street around 7:15 p.m. last Tuesday when a tote of holiday decorations toppled and slipped behind the sofa. The garland, a string of lights, and a handful of delicate ornaments are now missing, and I feel a bit hollow without them. They’re not just stuff—they’re memories from holidays past, the kind my family leans on every year. If someone found them, please know they’d be cherished and I’d be grateful to have them back.
