I lost my black 61-key MIDI keyboard controller yesterday around 7:15pm in the parking lot behind the Killeen Mall on Central Texas Expressway. It’s a Novation Launchkey 61 in solid black with a faint scratch along the top edge and a bright red circular sticker with a lightning bolt on the back. The instrument is otherwise in good condition, and I usually keep the USB-C cable attached when I transport it. It matters a lot to me—it's how I practice for weekend gigs and it has sentimental value because it was a gift from my music mentor. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back; I’m really worried about missing rehearsals this week.
I lost my black leather Samsonite briefcase yesterday around 3pm outside the Fort Hood PX near the Main Gate off 1st Cavalry Division Road. It's a slim, compact case about laptop size, with a worn brown leather handle and a small silver TSA tag on the zipper. Inside are important documents, a USB drive, and a notebook with my initials 'PP' on the cover, plus a tiny brass tag etched 'Patel' on the inside pocket. There’s a dent on the bottom-right corner and a coffee stain on the front, and this briefcase has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate it being returned—I’m really hoping to get it back.
I lost my blue reflective Rabbitgoo dog harness this afternoon around 2:15pm near the H-E-B on Fort Hood Street in Killeen. It's a medium-sized nylon harness with a quick-release buckle, blue coloring, and a bright reflective stripe along the chest for nighttime walks. There’s a small white paw-print sticker on the inside strap and a tiny fray near the neck where it rubbed on the leash during last week's rain. The harness has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister to help Milo stay safe during late-evening jogs. If anyone saw it or picked it up, I’d really appreciate getting it back for Milo’s sake.
Hi, I lost my Seiko 5 stainless steel watch yesterday around 5:15pm near the Fort Hood PX area outside the food court. It has a black dial with blue accents, a brushed stainless bracelet, and a small scratch on the bezel at 3 o'clock. There's an engraving on the back that reads 'A.R.' It's sentimental because it was a gift from my grandfather. If anyone found it, I'd really appreciate returning it; it's not replaceable.
I lost my gray Bare Home queen sheet set yesterday around 3:15pm near the Fort Hood PX on 1st Street, between the commissary and the main gate. It's a 4-piece set: fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillowcases, all in soft heather gray with a tiny pink heart embroidery on the corner of the pillowcases. There’s a faint coffee stain on the flat sheet corner and a subtle pilling along the fitted sheet edge. It really meant a lot to me—my grandmother gave me a similar set, and I’m worried I won’t find it otherwise. If you’ve seen it or picked it up, please drop a note here so I can get it back.
Category: Seasonal Items — I found an orange plastic Trick-or-Treat bucket with a black handle this afternoon, outside the Fort Hood PX near the north entrance. It's about 10 inches tall and bright orange, with a white skull sticker on the side and a small chip on the rim. There's a dent on the bottom from when it was dropped, but it's still sturdy. It seems like it belongs to a kid’s Halloween costume set. If someone lost it, I’d really like to help get it back.
I found a pair of red Nike running shoes this afternoon around 2:45pm in the Fort Hood Exchange parking lot off 1st Street, behind the bus stop. They’re red mesh with a white Nike swoosh, size 9, and currently have black laces with neon green tips. The left toe is a little scuffed and the insole has a faint coffee stain. They look gently worn, not trashed. If these belong to you, drop a note here and we can arrange pickup near the PX entrance at Fort Hood.
Found a sunburst Yamaha acoustic guitar in a black padded gig bag with a red strap, lying on the ground near the Fort Hood PX entrance this afternoon around 1:45pm. The guitar has a few scratches along the lower bout, and the headstock Yamaha logo is a bit worn, but the instrument still looks solid with bright, ringing strings. There's a blue guitar pick tucked into the strings and a palm-tree sticker on the case, which are easy identifying marks. The case itself has a small zipper scuff and a faint coffee stain on the padding, but overall it's clearly been cared for. If it's yours, I'm happy to get it back to you.
I found a navy blue Adrianna Papell gown this afternoon around 4:15pm outside the Fort Hood PX along 1st Cavalry Division Road, near the Main Gate. It's a formal gown, size US 6, with a fitted sequin bodice and a flowing satin skirt. The gown is in good condition with a small bead loose at the neckline and a detachable crystal belt at the waist. On the inner lining the label reads Adrianna Papell, size US 6. I picked it up because I figured someone might be missing it before a big event in Killeen/Temple/Ft Hood, and I really hope it finds its way back to its owner.
I found a blue insulated lunch tote this afternoon around 3:10pm in the parking lot behind the H-E-B on Clear Creek Road in Killeen. It's a medium-sized tote with a slightly scuffed exterior, a bright red zipper pull, and a small dent on the bottom corner. Inside there's a stainless steel water bottle with the initials 'CR' on the cap, along with a folded napkin and a few leftover snack wrappers -- nothing valuable, but the tote is clearly someone else's daily carry. I figured someone is probably missing this and would be glad to get it back. If this sounds like yours, drop me a note and we can arrange a meet-up near the store.
