I lost a handful of coins yesterday evening, around 6:45 PM, after leaving the gym at Fort Hood and walking to my car in the lot behind the Shoppes at Fort Hood. They’re a small mix from my grandfather’s collection—some 1960s US coins, a couple of foreign pennies, worn smooth from decades of pocketing. They’re not valuable in money, but they mean a lot to me as a memory of him. If you spotted any coins in the parking lot near the entrance to the Shoppes at Fort Hood or around the food court, I’d be grateful to have them back.
