Lost bright red dog collar with a silver tag near the park in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

I lost my dog's collar in or around Jacksonville when we were out for our evening walk near the park. It's a bright red collar with a silver tag that has my phone number on it. My dog has been upset without it, and I'm worried someone might find it and not know how to return it to us.
