Lost blue Anker power bank with orange bumper

I was strolling along the Riverwalk near the Jacksonville Landing yesterday around 3pm when I realized my blue Anker power bank was gone. It's a compact 10,000 mAh model with an orange bumper and a tiny dent on the lower corner. On the back there's a small white sticker with the initials 'PR' that I use to keep track of my gadgets. This thing is more than a charger—it's my emergency power source for my phone during long shifts downtown, and it has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister. If anyone found it, I'd really appreciate returning it; I can meet near the Jacksonville Public Library or at the Riverfront for a quick swap.
